Blacklane now uses a passwordless login system for improved security and convenience. Instead of entering a password, you'll receive a one-time passcode in your email to securely access your account.
How to log-in with your one-time passcode
Enter the email address associated with your account (the one you would typically use to log-in).
2. After clicking Continue, you’ll be asked to verify your identity using the one‑time passcode sent to your email.
3. Open the email from Blacklane, find the six‑digit passcode, enter it on the verification screen, and click Continue to access your account.
Didn't receive an email?
The email with your passcode should arrive within seconds. If you didn't receive an email or your code doesn't work, you can click the "Resend" button to get a new code.
