You book a vehicle class, not a specific model
When you book with Blacklane, you select a vehicle class rather than a particular make or model. The vehicles listed below are examples. The vehicle assigned will be an approved vehicle for your selected class or a similar model, subject to availability in the pickup city.
Before booking, check the passenger and luggage capacity shown for the available vehicle class to make sure it suits your group and luggage.
Vehicle classes available worldwide
We pride ourselves in offering three top-tier vehicle classes for our pre-booked services: Business Class, First Class, Business Van/SUV. For each of our cities and service classes, there’s a list of approved vehicles. For example, these may include:
First Class: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8, or similar
Business Class: Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Cadillac XTS, or similar
Business Van: Mercedes V-Class, Chevy Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, Toyota Alphard, or similar
While you can book each of our main 3 vehicle classes in almost every city, they may be temporarily unavailable at times. Wherever they’re available, you’ll see each an option for each vehicle class when booking.
Special vehicle classes in select cities
Platinum Class: Available exclusively in Dubai; service is provided in a Rolls-Royce.
Please remember that the images seen when booking any vehicle class are strictly illustrative as the actual vehicles used may be similar to any of those listed above. We can’t guarantee any requests for specific vehicle models or colors as the vehicle used is subject to availability.
