The maximum for each service class is displayed during the booking process.
Business Class, First Class and Electric Class (available only in selected cities) rides can accommodate 3 people and 2 pieces of luggage.
Business Van/SUV rides can accommodate 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage. These numbers are not absolute as they are based on average luggage sizes.
Electric SUV (available only in Dubai) can accommodate 3 people and 3 pieces of luggage.
As safety is our highest priority, chauffeurs may decline service if the amount of guests or luggage would make the ride unsafe.
If you find yourself with an extra travelling companion, there is no need to "add an extra person" to the booking. As long as the total number of guests is still within the listed capacity for that vehicle class, there is no need to make any changes.
