Our live chat is the fastest way to contact our Concierge team. You can use this feature in our website or mobile app.
From the Blacklane website: Simply initiate a chat by selecting the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page.
From the Blacklane app: If you download the Blacklane mobile app for iOS or Android, you can alternatively chat with our team in the Help tab.
If you're speaking with our chatbot Fin, you can press the "Talk to a person" button at any time to be forwarded to our Customer Care team.
