Did you know that the fastest and easiest way to place, edit, or cancel your booking is in our easy to use website or smartphone app?  This enables you to be sure all the details are confirmed right away for the best available price.  

Keep in mind, we track your flight arrivals and automatically adjust your pickup time to ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you when you arrive. This means you don’t have to change your booking in case of a flight delay.

Via the website

  • Once you sign in, click on your profile and select “Rides”.

  • Click on the ride that you would like to make changes to and click on "Edit booking". If the button is not visible it is because the ride is no longer editable. Please check our booking change policy at the end of this article.

  • Click on the pen icon in the corresponding section you want to make changes to.

  • Click on the “Save” button to apply the changes, or “Cancel” to discard changes.

In the app

  • On the home screen, tap on the ride you want to change. Alternatively, tap on “Rides” in the bottom menu, and tap on the upcoming ride you want to change.

  • Once you’ve selected a ride, you will see the ride details.

    • Android: Tap on the pen icon in the corresponding section you want to make changes to.

    • iOS: Tap on “Change” in the corresponding section.

Booking change policies

When can changes be made?

  • up to 60 minutes before the pickup time for one-way rides under 200km

  • up to 24 hours before pickup time for one-waz rides over 200km

  • up to 24 hours for by-the-hour bookings

What changes can be made?

  • service class

  • ride date and time

  • pickup and dropoff locations

  • flight number

  • additional information

Spontaneous changes in destination or additional stops may incur additional charges for one-way transfers, as may exceeding the distance included with a by-the-hour booking.

  • By-the-hour bookings come with 20km included per hour. For example, a two-hour booking comes with 40km included, a three-hour booking comes with 60km, and so on.

Please note that, starting July 1st 2022, any requests for Blacklane to place or change a booking via phone, chat or email might result in an additional service fee being applied.
