If you'd like to include additional stops during your one-way booking -- be it a short or long-distance trip, you can mention them in the 'Special requests' or 'Notes for the chauffeur' field when making your booking. Please note that, any extra waiting time or additional driving distance will be calculated and charged after the ride, as these are not included in the original price.

If your journey includes multiple stops within the same city, we recommend booking our by-the-hour service. Simply list your planned stops in the 'Special requests' or 'Notes for the chauffeur' field so the chauffeur can plan the route in advance. Our by-the-hour service includes 40 kilometers of travel per booked hour and must begin and end in the same city. If your ride ends in a different city, additional charges will apply to cover the chauffeur’s return trip.

If you need to add a stop while your ride is in progress, speak to your chauffeur directly. Share the additional address or location and confirm whether they can accommodate the request.

Once your ride has started, you can’t add or edit stops through the Blacklane app or website. Additional waiting time or driving distance may result in extra charges, which Blacklane will calculate after the ride and include in an updated invoice, if applicable.
