Yes, Blacklane provides car seats in pre-booked services only. If you are traveling with small children or an infant and require a child seat or booster, please add your request to the "Notes to the chauffeur" field, including the age and weight of the child. The chauffeur will provide the appropriate car seat at no extra charge.
How to add a car seat after booking
If you need to add a car-seat or booster request after booking, you can update the ride in the Blacklane app up to 60 minutes before pickup:
Open the Blacklane app and tap Rides.
Select the upcoming ride you want to update.
On Android, tap the pen icon in the relevant section. On iOS, tap Change.
Add the request to Notes to the chauffeur, including the child’s age and weight.
Save your changes.
