If you would like to amend your invoice details, this can be done in the following ways:

  • Prior to the service commencing, the details can be changed directly via the page dedicated to Upcoming Rides

  • If the ride is finalised and the invoice is generated already, kindly contact our Billing Team at billing@blacklane.com to request the changes you would like actioned
