Your invoice will be sent to your email address around 24 hours after your ride.
Single invoices are also available for download from your account on the Blacklane website. Simply go to your past rides, select the ride you’d like an invoice for, and then click “Download invoice”. If “Download invoice” is not available, it may be that the payment has not been processed yet. Once the payment has been processed, you’ll be notified via an email with the invoice attached as a PDF.
If you have a monthly invoice set up, your monthly invoices will be sent via email within the first 7 working days of each month.
Please note that invoices can only be accessed by the account holder. To find an invoice for a ride that was booked for you by someone else, they can either forward you the email or download a copy after logging in on the Blacklane website.
