If you or the guest you’re booking for leaves an item behind in the vehicle after their ride, the chauffeur may contact the guest directly to arrange to return it, or they may call Blacklane for assistance. 

If you have not yet been contacted about your lost item, please tell us the details of your ride and the item lost by calling us, using the online chat feature, or emailing service@blacklane.com so we can do everything possible to locate your property.
