How do I recover lost property?

If you or the guest you’re booking for leaves an item behind in the vehicle after their ride, the chauffeur may contact the guest directly to arrange its return, or they may call Blacklane for assistance. 

If you have not yet been contacted about your lost item, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your booking details and a description of the lost item, using the online chat feature or emailing service@blacklane.com.
