All Blacklane chauffeurs are required to follow local regulations and recommendations regarding vaccinations and the use of masks. They have also changed several parts of the typical ride experience.

For example, chauffeurs are required to disinfect the vehicle after every ride, and avoid shaking hands with guests.

Chauffeurs can also provide guests with a mask upon request in case they would like to wear one, and they offer hand sanitizer. They also removed newspapers, magazines and other non-single use items from seatbacks.

We also ask all guests who are showing any symptoms or have tested positive to not book a Blacklane ride until you receive a doctor’s permission to travel.
