The chauffeur’s name and phone (telephone) number will be sent to the guest one hour before pickup via email and SMS.  This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of their vehicle. To maintain privacy (of both the guest and chauffeur) this information cannot be shared sooner.  

Please contact the chauffeur's phone number directly, as any replies to the message in which we provide their contact information will go to our system, not the chauffeur.
