I want to report a lost item/damages

If you have left something behind in a Blacklane vehicle, please follow these steps.

If you wish to report a lost item or damages, please create a ticket as soon as possible via our live chat feature. To create a lost item or damage ticket:

Via Chat:

  • Mention "I want to report a lost item"

  • or mention "I want to report damages"

At which point, you will be prompted to fill out our ticket form.

To allow us to conduct a timely investigation, all claims must be made within 7 days of the booking taking place. All final outcomes are determined based on applicable exclusions, our terms and conditions, and coverage limits.
