If you’re traveling with five or more guests, we would suggest that you book more than one vehicle. Alternatively, the Business Van/SUV class can carry up to 5 passengers and 5 pieces of luggage.
Make sure to include the number of guests traveling and the number of bags to be transported. This allows our chauffeurs to prepare the vehicle’s seating arrangement so that your journey is as comfortable as possible.
Booking multiple vehicles for the same journey
If your group exceeds the passenger or luggage capacity of one vehicle, create a separate booking for each additional vehicle:
Complete the first booking, selecting the vehicle class and entering the number of guests and bags traveling in that vehicle.
Start a new booking for each additional vehicle.
If the vehicles will follow the same itinerary, enter the same date, pickup time, pickup address, and drop-off address for each booking.
Repeat until you have booked enough vehicles for your group and luggage.
Each vehicle requires its own booking. If you need more than 10 vehicles for one occasion, contact business@blacklane.com.
