If you would like to change the payment method for an upcoming ride, please cancel and rebook your ride with the correct payment method.

Cancellation is free of charge up until 60 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The pick-up time of your rebooked ride must be at least 60 minutes in the future.

It is not possible to change the payment method for a ride that has already taken place.
