You can change the payment method of your upcoming ride
How to edit via the website
Once you sign in, click on your profile and select “Rides”.
Select the ride that you would like to change the payment method for and click "Edit booking". (If the button is not visible it is because the ride is no longer editable. Please check our booking change policy at the end of this article.)
Click the pen icon in the "Payment" section (you can also add a new card from here).
After you make your changes, Click “Save” to apply the changes, or “Cancel” to discard the changes.
Edits in the app
On the home screen, tap on the ride you want to change the payment method for. Alternatively, tap “Rides” in the bottom menu and tap the upcoming ride you want to change.
Select the ride you would like to edit to open the ride details page
On Android: Tap the pen icon in the "Payment" section (you can also add a new card from here).
On iOS: Tap the “Change” button in the "Payment" section (you can also add a new card from here).
It is not possible to change the payment method for a ride that has already taken place.
