Please provide your flight/train number for all airport and train station pickups when booking and we will track their status and adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals (where possible). 

For example, if your flight is scheduled to arrive at 6:00 p.m., you booked your ride for 6:30 p.m., and your flight is delayed to arrive one hour later (7:00 p.m.), we will automatically adjust your ride pickup time to 7:30 p.m.
