Confirmations are sent to the email address associated with your account, immediately after placing a booking. If you haven't received your confirmation after a few minutes, it could be for one of a few reasons:
Someone else booked on your behalf
Booking confirmations are only sent to the accountholder's email address, for security reasons. If someone booked on your behalf using their account, the confirmation would have been sent to their email address.
Incorrect email address
If you haven't received your confirmation yet, you may want double-check your account contact details.
Via Web:
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner
Select 'Account'
Navigate to the 'Contact details' section
Via Mobile:
Click the 'Account' icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your app
Select 'Personal information'
Spam filter
Because these emails are sent by our system, sometimes they get caught in your spam filter. As a first step, it's always a good idea to check your spam folder.
