What's new?
Save guest details
We've introduced a new Guest Management feature to the Booking Portal, allowing you to streamline bookings for external guests. Guest management works similarly to Employee management, but for external guests who are not part of your organization.
How it works:
Create & Manage: Easily create and save profiles for frequent travelers in the new "Guests" tab.
One-Click Prefill: At the booking stage, select a saved guest to automatically fill in their name, email, and phone number.
Update Anytime: You can easily update or remove saved profiles from your private list whenever needed.
This means quicker, more accurate bookings with fewer errors.
Enhanced ride cards
We've redesigned how bookings appear in the portal with our Enhanced Ride Cards, giving you a clearer, faster view of every booking.
You'll now gain:
Instant Overview: Quickly check the pickup, drop-off, and get a route map preview right on each card.
Clear Status: Shows the exact status of your trip (Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, Canceled).
Improved Dashboard: Track all ongoing and upcoming bookings in one view.
Ride status updates when you refresh the page. Live tracking is on the way.
Secure company login (Single sign-on, SSO)
If your organization uses a major identity provider like Microsoft Azure AD or Okta for user authentication, you can enable SSO and, once integrated, users can sign in via their work accounts.
No need to remember another password
Safer access, managed directly by your IT team
New users can log in right away, and when someone leaves the company their access is removed automatically
Enabling SSO
If your organization is interested in SSO integration, please reach out to your Account Manager or our Support team. We will collaborate directly with your IT contact to set up the integration.

Yes. SSO ensures only authorized users can access company accounts, and all data is managed per strict security and privacy standards.
What happens if a user leaves the company?
What happens if a user leaves the company?
Once a user's access is revoked via your company's Identity Provider (IdP), they are immediately logged out and can no longer access the Blacklane Booker Portal.
