Promotions are credits that will apply as discounts for future rides. You can add a Promotion during the booking process, either by applying a pre-loaded Promotion (for now available to certain users only) or by inserting a Promotion code.
Please note that it is not possible to apply or add a Promotion code to a ride that has already taken place.
Apply a Promotion or add a code
via the Blacklane website
You can apply a Promotion at 2 different stages of the booking process. If you have a code, you'll be able to add it only at the last step of the process.
when selecting the vehicle class
Click on the "Promotions" arrow.
Select from your available Promotions the one that you would like to use.
Press continue to move further with the booking process
when reviewing the final details before booking
At the final ride overview page of the booking
Enter your voucher code and click “Apply promotion”.

At the confirmation page of the booking process, tap “Add Promotion code” on iOS, or the “⋮” symbol at the top of the page and then “Add Promotion code” on Android.
Alternatively, you can also select one of your existing Promotions in the Rice Credits section.
Enter your code and confirm.
Can I use my Promotion code anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! You can use your Blacklane discount in any of the cities where Blacklane operates. Please keep in mind that your Blacklane voucher is valid for pre-booked services but not for Chauffeur-hailing rides.
