Blacklane has the most customer-friendly policy in the industry, with guests able to cancel most one-way rides up to an hour before the pickup time. The exceptions are hourly bookings and rides over 200 km, which must be changed or canceled 24 hours in advance.

Please note that in the event you are no longer needing to travel (e.g. due to COVID-19), only cancellations within the free cancellation period are free-of-charge. Cancellations outside of the above mentioned windows are charged in full.
