Our booking flow should be a seamless and convenient experience, but occasionally you may encounter an issue where the provided address cannot be found. The main reasons for this issue would be:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Geographical limitations

  • Technical glitches or system errors

The address is incorrect or incomplete

One of the primary reasons an address cannot be found is due to errors in entering the address details.

  • Double-check the address you've entered for any typos, misspellings, or missing information such as street numbers or ZIP codes.

  • Ensure that the address is complete and accurate, including any necessary abbreviations (e.g., St. for Street, Ave. for Avenue). Even minor mistakes can lead to difficulties in locating the destination.

Troubleshooting Tip: Verify how the address is presented in Google Maps. Blacklane's booking system is powered by this mapping tool. Copy and paste the address from Google Maps into the Blacklane booking platform.

Geographical limitations

Blacklane operates in over 40 countries around the world however we might not be active in the area you wish to book. If the address you're trying to book falls outside our service coverage area, the system will not recognize it, and you won't be able to proceed with the booking.
